The Bread Factory - Support Contract
The business could not afford permanent IT staff and so the Managing Director of the "Il Fornaio Bread Factory" in Park Royal, London approached us for help. They needed an on going support maintenance contract to assist in the upkeep of his equipment. Any problems would be responded to by us within the agreed SLA response time.
The Problem...
We provided the customer with an on site 2 hour response contract and after conducting a survey of the pc’s and peripheral equipment, a duplicate of the most important items were purchased. A secondary internet connection was installed that acted as a backup. By doing this we were able to minimise any loss of profits due to technical issues.
This provided the business with savings and peace of mind knowing that help was at hand if something was to go wrong. Providing redundancy for their internet provision meant that third party failures would not afffect the running of their business and therefore damaging profits.
