The Estate Agent - Home and Remote working

For the well known estate agents not having these facilities often meant an over crowded office most mornings. It also meant that all sales executives had to make unnecessary return visits to HQ whilst in between appointments.

Installed a dedicated hardware device that allowed a secure connection between authorised staff and the main computer systems. We modified their existing security policy to allow access from Blackberry and notebook devices

By asking for our help they were in a position where all employees had the facility to login securely from home or whilst on the road which gave them the ability to process reports and submit contracts instantly.

All sales and property executives were issued with a blackberry device that allowed them to complete timesheets and send photos from their mobile / notebooks back to headquarters whilst on site.
